Estamos a punto de finalizar nuestra visita por el subsuelo del Museu d’Hist\u00f2ria de Barcelona,por el barrio de talleres y factor\u00edas,y una vez dejamos atr\u00e1s la factor\u00eda de garum y salaz\u00f3n de pescado,entramos en una importante instalaci\u00f3n vin\u00edcola de los siglos III y IV de nuestra era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

VISTA DE LA CELLA VINARIA.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

El vino,junto con el aceite y el trigo,era un componente b\u00e1sico de la dieta romana,y B\u00e1rcino y los territorios de su entorno,un importante centro productor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LACUS DE DECANTACI\u00d3N.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lo primero que nos encontramos al iniciar esta parte de la visita es el lacus de decantaci\u00f3n,con un revestimiento de opus signinum,que se utilizaba para realizar el trasvase del mosto desde la parte alta,mediante unas conducciones bien visibles,hasta la zona de los dep\u00f3sitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAVIMENTO DE BALDOSAS.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A la izquierda,un pavimento de baldosas muy bien conservado,con pendiente,que se deb\u00eda hacer servir para desplazar las botas de madera hasta el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LACUS DE FERMENTACI\u00d3N.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A continuaci\u00f3n se pueden ver diversos lacus de fermentaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s adelante unos cimientos que han sido identificados como de una prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEP\u00d3SITOS Y PRENSA.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Al final del pasillo que estamos recorriendo,nos encontramos posiblemente con la parte mejor conservada de todos los talleres y factor\u00edas,una cella vinaria (dep\u00f3sito para el vino),que dispone de 11 dep\u00f3sitos de dolia,parcialmente enterrados,y recubiertos interiormente de resinas para hacerlos m\u00e1s estancos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
